Multistreaming Options
Restream.io is the go-to site for your multistreaming needs. It's basically the one everyone uses, because you can plug in all your stream urls and keys and they give you one stream url and key which then restreams via their service to all of those various services.
Pros: Simple and easy, works on any device or in any app. They also offer a chat overlay solution for the streaming sites they have directly integrated into the dashboard.
Cons: To add a custom RTMP link, or to use some of the sites they offer, you have to pay to subscribe to their service to unlock them. Their chat overlay solution does not integrate custom RTMP links, so you can't use their chat overlay in that case.
Note: Though their chat overlay system does not include custom RTMP links, many popular sites they don't support are supported by the chat overlay provided by Powerchat.live.
Prism Live Studio (Mobile)
Prism Live Studio Mobile is popular for IRL multistreaming because it's a feature they advertise and it's free. In the app you can set multiple destinations and stream to all of them when you go live.
They have an app on Android: Prism Live Studio and iPhone Apple Devices.
